Executive Leadership
Shivam Tewari brings over 17 years of experience in business development and commercial execution across the energy sector.
A graduate of the University of Southern California with a specialization in Economics, he has focused his career on advancing energy transition solutions through disciplined market development and strategic partnerships.
As CEO, Mr. Tewari leads Nuvora’s corporate strategy, partner alignment, and execution roadmap—guiding the company from near-term hydrogen deployment toward long-term SMR commercialization.

Ali Desnavi oversees Nuvora’s technology strategy across hydrogen systems and nuclear platform development.
His role spans system architecture, technology selection, integration pathways, and alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
Mr. Desnavi ensures that Nuvora’s technology decisions prioritize reliability, scalability, and real-world deployability.

Frederico Figueira de Chaves is a seasoned energy executive with over 20 years of experience spanning energy infrastructure, finance, and asset management.
He previously served as CEO and Board Member of BrightHy and currently serves as Board Member, Chief Strategy Officer, and interim CFO of Fusion Fuel.
His background includes more than a decade at UBS AG in senior leadership roles across asset management and corporate strategy. At Nuvora, he leads hydrogen platform development, commercialization, and long-term offtake strategy.

Imran Firoz is responsible for Nuvora’s financial strategy, capital planning, corporate development, and risk management.
He brings extensive experience across financial restructuring, M&A, and strategic planning.
Mr. Firoz holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Aligarh University. He is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (GARP).

Mario Garma is a senior operations executive with over 20 years of experience in industrial gases and energy infrastructure.
He previously served as COO of BrightHy and held executive roles at Fusion Fuel, following more than 15 years at Air Products managing large-scale production assets and green hydrogen development across Southern Europe.
At Nuvora, he leads hydrogen project execution, operations, and scale-up.

Bruhaspathy “Bruce” Rao is a nuclear industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience across nuclear, thermal, and gas power projects.
His career spans licensed reactor operations, large-scale commissioning, EPC leadership, and regulatory engagement across India, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
He has held senior leadership roles at the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), served on the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board’s safety review committee, and advised national nuclear programs. At Nuvora, he leads SMR execution, delivery, and operational readiness.

Ferras Zalt has held senior roles at NASA and Compaq Computer Corporation and founded SoftTech in 1995, delivering one of the world’s largest SAP implementations for Saudi Aramco. The company was later acquired by Atos Origin, followed by a management buyout and eventual exit to Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Zalt holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics, as well as a Master’s in Computer Science.

Jeremy Frommer is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Creatd, Inc. He previously founded NextGen Trading (acquired by Carlin Financial Group, where he later served as CEO) and served as Managing Director and Head of Global Prime Services at RBC Capital Markets.
He has sat on the RBC Global Equities Operating Committee and co-founded Jerrick Ventures (Vocal), a digital media platform with over three million creators.

He holds multiple granted patents in isotope separation and brings deep technical expertise across both fusion and fission energy sectors.

Pranav Sharma is a senior executive at Agna Capital Limited, a DFSA-regulated venture capital firm based in DIFC. A three-time fund manager, he previously founded Woodstock, an early Web3 venture fund with over 80 investments and 18 exits.
His background includes senior roles in structured finance and asset management, including Pan-India Head of SME Business at Aditya Birla Capital.
